Database Administrator (Night Shift/Weekdays Off)

With a strong focus on data management and system optimization, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting our business operations across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Oracle and MySQL databases, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our development and IT teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Oracle and MySQL databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage database backups, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain database schemas and structures.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical support and documentation for database-related issues.
• Participate in database upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of database systems to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong background in Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), MySQL Certified DBA, or similar are a plus.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash for automation and maintenance tasks.
• Experience with database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
