📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the FBO, including aircraft handling, fueling, cleaning, and maintenance coordination.
• Manage and supervise a team of FBO staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of the FBO.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in FBO operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification as an FBO Manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using FBO management software such as JetAid, Avionics, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
