You will also be involved in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Work with the management team to address workplace issues and conflicts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
