Marketing Agent Officer - Palangkaraya (Central Kalimantan)

PT Mitra Solusi Lelang is a leading auction solutions provider in Indonesia, with a strong presence in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Agent Officer to join our team and help us drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This contract-based position offers a competitive salary of Rp 3,700,000 - Rp 3,850,000 per month.

As a Marketing Agent Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our auction services. You will work closely with our sales team to identify target markets and create compelling marketing campaigns. Your daily tasks will include market research, creating marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with local partners and vendors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our auction services.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
• Coordinate with local partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategies.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance to the marketing manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the auction or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software, such as Canva and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
