📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations (SMKP).
• Assess environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of mining operations.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate non-compliance issues.
• Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit findings.
• Stay updated with the latest mining regulations and industry best practices.
• Use data analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, and QlikView to generate insights and reports.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining auditing, environmental compliance, or a related field.
• Certification in SMKP (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental laws.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, and QlikView.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
