You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination between healthcare providers, support staff, and patients, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes and increased patient loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute patient success strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention rates.
• Lead and mentor a team of patient success managers to drive operational excellence and achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and address patient concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Analyze patient feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient care and experience.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive healthcare environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in patient success and healthcare management.
• Represent HealthFirst Indonesia at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in patient success, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient rights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) or other relevant healthcare certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
