📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons for children aged 3-6 years old.
• Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the daycare curriculum, ensuring it aligns with early childhood education standards.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive childcare experience.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, and ensure all children are cared for in a nurturing and secure environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
