Hotel Dewi Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can hit the ground running. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our hotel, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our guests and maintain our high standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated.
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, and ensure that we are meeting our revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
  • Ensure that the hotel is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's overall performance and guest experience.
  • Lead and mentor the hotel's management team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar-sized hotel.
  • A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
