📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
