📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Participating in sales training and development programs.

Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Driving sales growth through innovative sales strategies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
