📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate technical teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to prevent future technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of technical operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance and repair.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of technical equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong set of technical skillsincluding proficiency in relevant software and tools.
