📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to optimize routes and schedules,Monitor fuel consumption and costs,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities,Provide regular reports on fleet performance,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license is a plus,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
