📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and budgets effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
