📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the restaurant meets all company standards and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
