Datamatics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our BPO team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BPO industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the BPO sector.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its key players.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
