Reachfield Security & Safety Management is seeking a dedicated and professional School Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors at the Ministry of Education (MOE) school in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the school premises to prevent and detect any security threats or incidents.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the school facilities and equipment.,Enforce school security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Respond to emergencies and security incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities as necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports, and provide regular security updates to the school administration.,Collaborate with other security personnel and school staff to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all.,Provide first aid and emergency response training to students and staff, as required.,Participate in security drills and exercises to maintain and improve security preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer or similar role in a school or educational institution.,Knowledge of school security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and the public.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid security clearance and certification, such as a Security Guard License or equivalent.,First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
