📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor junior auditors to ensure high-quality audit work.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise audit engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and related documents.
  • Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in audit and assurance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in audit.
  • Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with audit software and tools.
