PT Optima Otoman is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cashier Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily cash flow and ensure accurate financial records.,Process customer transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and other accounting documents.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and other staff members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
