📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-depth analysis of education data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing education policies and programs that align with national and provincial goals.,Collaborating with stakeholders, including government officials, educators, and community leaders, to gather insights and feedback.,Preparing reports, presentations, and policy briefs to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.,Monitoring the implementation of education policies and programs to ensure they are effectively delivered and have the desired impact.,Providing strategic advice and support to the Provincial Education Board in the development and implementation of education policies.,Conducting research to identify best practices and innovative approaches to education policy and practice.,Representing the Provincial Education Board at national and international conferences and forums to promote the province's education agenda.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.,Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in education policy analysis, research, or a related field.,Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.,Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Familiarity with education policy and practice in Indonesia is preferred.
