Hub Fresh Jaya is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fueling, and driver assignments.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition, and that all maintenance and repairs are carried out according to schedule and company policy.,Oversee the fueling and refueling of all vehicles, ensuring that fuel levels are monitored and that all fueling transactions are accurately recorded.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure that vehicles are assigned and used in the most efficient and effective manner.,Monitor and track the performance of the fleet, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs, and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure that all company policies and procedures related to fleet management are followed and that all drivers are trained and certified in the proper use and operation of the vehicles.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, including accidents, breakdowns, and other problems.,Work closely with the company's logistics and transportation departments to ensure that the fleet is supporting the company's overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, including GPS tracking and telematics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, managers, and other departments.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations, as well as international standards for fleet safety and compliance.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet deadlines and targets.
