📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mining and barge transportation services.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and risk management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
