In this role, you'll be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper usage, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. Our pharmacy is equipped with the latest technology, including EPIC for electronic health records and Pharmacy Management Systems for inventory and prescription tracking. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
• Monitor and manage prescription medications, including controlled substances, to prevent abuse and ensure compliance with laws.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC and Pharmacy Management Systems to maintain accurate records and streamline pharmacy operations.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the pharmacy adheres to quality standards and maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with patients and healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pharmacy Management Systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
