📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of electrical components and reduce the risk of failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with building automation and security systems.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and contractors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Registered Master Electrician with a valid certification from the Indonesian Electrical Engineers Association (IEEE).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in commercial or residential properties.
• Proven track record of maintaining electrical systems in high-rise buildings, hotels, or office complexes.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations across Bali as required.
