📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of perishable goods.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the safety and integrity of stored goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation to track performance and ensure accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold storage warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
