📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting various textile tests, including but not limited to, color fastness, tensile strength, and fabric weight tests.
• Analyzing test results and providing recommendations for quality improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Training and mentoring junior staff on lab procedures and quality control practices.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all lab activities and test results.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency and effectiveness.
• Representing the lab at internal and external meetings to discuss quality issues and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile quality control or a similar role.
• Certification in textile testing (e.g., AATCC, ISO, or ASTM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using lab equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Microsoft Excel, and LabInfo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian textile industry standards and regulations.
