📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and operations.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.,Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.,Support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of sales and marketing operations is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
