📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of inventory.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and WMS systems to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and distribution partners to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proven experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical industry standards and regulations.
