📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.,Mentor and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.,Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, particularly in interior fit-out projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.,Experience working in Bali or similar tropical climates is a plus.
