In this role, you'll work closely with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to manage the entire shipping process, from documentation and compliance to cargo handling and tracking. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP, TradeVista, and Sea-Intelligence to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. With 3-5 years of experience in logistics and customs compliance, you'll bring valuable expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire shipping process, including documentation, compliance, cargo handling, and tracking
Collaborate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations
Use industry-standard tools like SAP, TradeVista, and Sea-Intelligence to streamline logistics operations
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
Monitor and report on shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to junior staff on logistics and customs compliance procedures
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customs compliance
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping and customs
